Even if any of you out there weren’t able to stomach the whole “State of the union address” the other night, I,m sure by now you have heard that The “Failure in Cheif” President Barack obama has demanded a “Jobs bill” on his desk ASAP.

Despite the fabricated number of 2 million jobs saved with the $787 billion stimulus crapadge, It seems that the real number of 4 million jobs lost has created quite the negative buzz for the President.
And why wouldn’t it? I’m pretty sure that most Americans are just sick to death of being lied to by this administration.

House majority leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) told www.reuters.com that the “Jobs bill could cost anywhere from $75 billion – $200 billion. And again the dems are pushing on infrastructure and tax credits for small businesses to be the main focus. Sound familiar?

I have a question. didn’t we here the term “shovel ready jobs” A million times when Barack Obama was campaigning for the stimulus?
I know I heard it till my ears bled! B.S. was all it was. So let us stand by and watch Barack and the rest of the democrats spend more money and get nothing done as usual. I would rather not.
And as for those tax credits to small businesses, Why doesn’t he just give them a TAX CUT? A real one! A real one for everyone across the board! That might actually help.

But the truth is, he will not do that. Because like before, he really doesn’t care about jobs. If he did, there would be some! Did Ronald Reagan have this much trouble cutting taxes and creating 21 million private sector jobs after Jimmy Carter screwed the American people? That would be no. So again, in Washington, Barack i setting out to do what he came there for. Not rebuild our economy, but remake it.
And I would hope by now some of you 52 percenters out there that helped hand us this crap are at least beginning to see the light.

But I’m sure there are plenty of you that will say, “Hey, it’s only been a year, give him a chance, what’s another $200 billion? Well lets speak to that point right now. 1 year is a chance! And we knew that stimulus would fail! there was never any intention of creating private sector jobs. The President has done nothing but wage war on the private sector.

Now, this money, this $75-$200 billion is going to come from leftover TARP money. See, they just have to spend it. Don’t save it! No no, they must use it to save Obama’s Presidency. Make no mistake, That is what this money is being used for. And if it doesn’t work, Barack will demand more money from “The money tree” and give a really concerned campaign speech about how we must act now! and if we do unemployment will not go above 15%.

God help us!

Folks, I do not think that most Americans are aware of what is going on in the Senate right now. Even worse, I don’t think they know what kind of trouble we are in if it continues to move forward.

The “bill” passed through the Senate Finance Committee is not a “bill” at all. It is a draft and nothing more. This “hoax” if you will, has absolutely no language in it. It is not legislation. It is nothing. so why be afraid of it?

Right now folks, there are 5 drafts for health care reform floating around. What they will do is combine them all, Have a quick vote to try and get the final draft passed, send it to Captain O so he can sign it, and then, oh yes, then they will start writing legislation. In other words, Once Team S.T.U.P.I.D. gets the power to reform health care passed THEN they will “reform” it. Democracy at its best wouldn’t you say? Shut up! It’s a rhetorical question.

If passed, Pelosi, Reid, and all the other morons can put whatever the hell they want in the bill without having to vote on it! It’s diabolical! Whatever they say goes, Because the blank pages they have passed are now their add-libs.

The thought of this really makes me want to vomit. This is a Congress that has no respect for the American people, the Constitution, or the declaration. This is a political battle for them and “O.” And its not a battle they want to win so they can say “hey’ we did it for you.” its a battle they want to win so they can show the opposition “hey, were in charge!” that’s the ultimate goal, to be in charge and let Conservatives and Republicans know it.

So they are going to try this, Regardless of the unprecedented amount of opposition.
It’s really Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the rest of them giving the American people the middle finger and saying “EAT MY FASCISM!”

I am so sick to death of hearing “choice and competition” from these idiots. I’m not sure if the average American knows that there are 1,700 companies selling health insurance in this country. 1,700!! And because of a stupid law, the individual is not permitted to buy insurance across state lines. (live in N.Y. buy in N.Y.)

So when you see the uninformed posting videos of morons explaining how the choices are only A. B. or C. and the “public option” would only be providing choice D. they are lying. If the government really had choice and competition in mind and cared about driving the cost of insurance down they could very easily with one vote get rid of that idiotic law. Uh oh, Then how many choices would Americans have? It would be A-Z how many times!?. Please, with that a. b. c. video B.S.!

So your best interest is not in their hearts or minds. It’s exactly the opposite.

Ladies and gentlemen, The streets of New York are buzzing with the news of the Obama administration and Attorney General Eric Holder’s decision to try the 5 terrorist’s in civilian court. Most of the folks that I speak to are outraged by this ridiculous decision, and even more so at the administrations incompetence.

It is one blow after another with Barack Obama it seems. And now he and his minions are slamming New Yorkers below the belt. They are slamming America!
These acts of war are just exactly that, Acts of war. A military matter.
But no surprise that Barack wouldn’t let our military do their job, I mean, he does hate our military!

Every single step this President takes, Takes us further away from ALL of our founding principles. And nothing he does works. Well, who expected it to?

So in the midst of 10.2% unemployment due to stimulus that didn’t stimulate anything, Failed talks with Iran, A widely unpopular health care debate (which isn’t a debate at all, Its being forced on us,) Golf, And lots of it, Vacations, Apology tours and all the rest of it, New yorkers now have to wonder… What is going to happen during these ridiculous undeserved trials? Are we at risk?

I would say yes. We are at risk. Not only of an attempt on New York again in hopes of showing their resolve (Al Qaeda) but we are at risk of losing face and showing we have none (resolve)!

Some may say this is directed at the Bush administration. Oh but its more than that.
He is trying to make the left happy. Because they are not that happy with Captain O right now. But it is futile. I have a suggestion for Captain O. Maybe you should take a last minute class on liberals. Maybe he has forgotten that liberals are never happy! Take a look at the bill that the Queen of Hell just got passed in the house.
No funds to help pay for abortion. And what did the libs do? They cried that there “Rights were being violated.” It was never a right to have tax payer funds to pay for abortions. Just an example of how there anger can never be tamed.

So The judge that agrees to preside over this joke of a trial will now have to worry about death threats against him and his family. And who knows what kind of Liberal New York Judge is going to be sitting on the bench! And you can guarantee that some jackass pro bono ACLU lawyer is going to jump on the defense and cry about how they were tortured and their rights were violated. Let me tell you folks, The left in this country makes me sick.

All of this is leading up to one thing folks, A sweeping victory in 2010! This is what this country needs. This is what the country shall demand. A Conservative victory! Because it is the only philosophy that holds true the very principles this country stood on to grow to the greatest civil society in the history of mankind.
It is the only philosophy that will get us back in line with the same “Views on Liberty” that our founding fathers knew would carry us to the future and beyond.

Today Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) ripped into Attorney General Eric Holder for his and the current administrations decision to try Khalid sheikh Mohammed in federal civilian court in New York.

Wow! Listen to Holder, The bumbling buffoon that he is. Lindsey Graham hit a grand slam with these questions. And some of the most important things Graham said are “criminalizing the war,” “making the country less safe,” and in explaining how “once the detainee is mirandized he has the right to a lawyer and the right to remain silent.” Funny how the A.G. needs to be told these things.

we already know that Eric Holder is a liar, And we also know that Holder is in fact Barack Obama in another body. The other day on News Hour with Jim Lehrer Holder was asked if he consulted the President about this decision to try the 5 terrorists in New York. Holder answered “I just informed him.” Then asked if he consulted anyone outside the government. Holder said “I spoke to my wife, and my brother.” His wife and brother?? What the hell is that? And we are supposed to believe that Obama wasn’t in on this decision? Bull!@#t! The Idiot Governor of New York David Patterson blew that lie for Holder when he publicly disagreed with this decision, and wasn’t comfortable with it when he was informed about this 6 months ago by the WHITE HOUSE!

It is very simple, Senator Graham is dead on! We are going down a bad road with this. And there are consequences for these types of stupid political decisions.

There is no end to the lies this administration will tell.

Well well well, who didn’t see this coming? Scott Fenstermaker, The lawyer for Ali Abdal-Aziz Ali said yesterday that the 5 terrorists would plead not guilty. That they would not deny their involvement in the 9/11 terror attack, But would use this opportunity to explain why they did it, and give their “assessment of American foreign policy.” Now, let’s get something straight here, This is exactly what Obama wanted in my opinion! Who didn’t think that this trial would provide these monsters with the stage to spew there anti-American propaganda?

Eric Holder is on record stating that “failure is not an option” when it comes to a conviction. Really Eric? Take a look around you, A good look at your President and administration, Apparently failure is the only option you morons have! It’s certainly the outcome of every decision you morons make.

Holder is also on record saying “I have every confidence that the nation and the world will see him (Mohammed) for the coward that he is, I’m not scared of what Kahlid Sheik Mohammed has to say at trial and no one else should be either.”
Reality check Holder, We Americans are not afraid of what any murdering scum have to say! But I will tell you what we are afraid of, Or who rather. YOU! OBAMA! PELOSI! REID! FRANK! BOXER! And all the rest of you Deceptocrats. We’re afraid of your views of America, Your policies, Your hatred of US! But… not before explaining how Obama could save our country. How we were wrong before but a man like Obama sees the light. And so the motive comes into light.

Obama is the great communicator, The great unifier. And this narcissistic loon wants you to hear exactly that! That had he (Obama) been in office 3,000 people would still be alive, That he alone could have saved or created their safety, That only he could prevent another attack (too late, Ft. hood). That He will heal the worlds perception of the “evil America” that we were for the past 8, 15, 20 years.
And he is going to want us to listen to the murderers! Who better in his mind! Who better than the ones who used to hate us, But now have hope for America now that Obama is delivering us from evil, Now that Obama is delivering us from our self indulgent arrogant selves.

Ladies and Gentlemen, With all the back and forth about the terror trials being held in N.Y. civilian court, there has been a few things not brought to people attention. And this is a jab at the mainstream media as well as Republicans for not knowing their stuff.

1. Attorney General Eric Holder has no constitutional authority what so ever in making the decision to have trials for enemy combatants. So it is a lie that Obama had nothing to do with this decision. The reason for the way this played out Is once again Obama covering his behind. Anything goes wrong, Fire Holder and say “I had nothing to do with it.” The President has the authority to makes this decision, being that these combatants were apprehended on a field of battle and not on American soil, Therefore restricting the A.G’s jurisdiction over the matter. Also, The fact that they are enemy combatants, And were captured on the battlefield and not on American soil prohibits them them from the right to “habeas corpus.” Again, The Non Citizen detainees at Guantanamo bay DO NOT have the right to habeas corpus!
Nor do they have any Miranda rights!

United States Constitution: Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2. “The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it.”

2. Congress has the power to change the venue of the trial. Why haven’t they? Because Pelosi, Reid and the rest of them are not going to go against Obama! Just another clue that it was Obama’s decision. They are not beholden to Eric Holder, But they are to Obama.

3. Republicans need to get on the horse. They can stop this. have a vote to pass a law in Congress that no trial shall be held in civilian court that could have or should have been held in military court. Simple. You have a vote, And any Democrat stupid enough to vote against that would only endanger their political career. Lets go Republicans, It’s time to start thinking.

Ladies and Gentlemen, after a long break from writing I am pleased to be back with some fantastic news about President Obama and what the lefties in the world have to say about our imperial president.

In Cuba, Cuban Foreign Prime Minister Bruno Rodriguez said in a televised press conference that Obama lied in Copenhagen and is making a habit of it after less than a year in office.

“He lies all the time, deceives with demagogic words, with profound cynicism,” Rodriguez said. Wow! Those are some serious words coming from a man who works for a tyrannical regime.

“In this summit there was only imperial, arrogant Obama who doesn’t listen, who imposes positions that even threaten developing countries,” Rodriguez said.

Now wait a minute, I thought that the left of the world had embraced Obama. And now this? What are we to make of this? Well since this is my blog and it is my opinion that I write on here, I’ll tell you what I make of it.

Barack Obama IS a liar! And the rest of the world is starting to realize it. I have called him the “imperial president” long before Bruno Rodriguez opened his eyes. And I think it is just fantastic the he is being called arrogant. If you remember back when Barack was flying high in the clouds above all of us “arrogant Americans” and pretending to above us all, above it all. Crash landing for Barack? You better believe it!

Even Fidel Castro said recently that “Obama is not to be trusted, his friendly smile hides sinister U.S. intentions.”

But our Barack cannot stand for this. I’m surprised that he’s not running for a news camera bitching about how someone could say something negative about him.
So I’m just waiting for some loving words from Obama directed towards Rodriguez, Castro and Cuba, for it is intolerable for someone outside the U.S. borders to not like Barack, unless of course you are Israel, then it’s OK.

Hello to those who read this blog. I’ve been away from writing for a while.
The reason? Reading. I have called myself a “Conservative” for quite some time now. And I am proud to say that I still am. I took the time away to read some important literature about conservatism. so as to explain it a little better to those who are new to it. To make sure they understand it, and don’t get lost in the political storm of today.

while I am proud to have turned people on to conservatism and gotten them engaged (which is the whole point of this) I do see some startling positions being taken on behalf of conservatism. It is not right.

I began reading Edmund Burke, who is considered to be the father of modern conservatism. He was a brilliant man. Contrary to what some may think, The “father of modern conservatism” did not support the American revolution. In fact, he strongly opposed it. On the principle that there is no need to separate one strong nation. But he also opposed England’s tyranny over its constituents in the Americas.

I have also been reading Charles Montesquieu. Who did support the American revolution. My point is that this thing we call conservatism did not begin with the Declaration of Independence, or the Constitution. Our founders relied greatly upon the works and philosophies of these and many other men including Adam Smith who supported capitalism. Conservatism is older than our country.

Conservatism and what I have found it to be in my interpretation is a tried and true method of governing a nation of free people that began with one very simple belief. A true free man without interference of a powerful centralized government can and will provide better for himself and his family, and create a vibrant and stable economic atmosphere for his fellow man to do the same. Is that simple enough?

“People crushed by laws, have no hope but to evade power. If the laws are their enemies, they will be enemies to the law; and those who have most hope and nothing to lose will always be dangerous.” – Edmund Burke.

Burke knew the consequences of an all powerful government that smothered the drive and potential of free people working in a free environment. So did our founders.
Abraham Lincoln knew this, as he spoke on what liberty means to one man is not what it means to another, hence the term “liberty and tyranny” used by Mark R. Levin in his book.

Consider conservatism another way of saying “I’m pro people.” Pro people succeeding. Pro people living. Pro people being free of rules and regulations that impede their success rather than encourage it.

Conservatism in a nutshell folks. Who can say it more eloquently than I? I submit that there is no one! Laugh, It’s a joke!

Now to the comment I made before about startling positions and understanding what this all means. I want no one to take this the wrong way. I am happy That you are engaged. I encourage it. But if I could just make a few suggestions as to how to go about explaining yourself and your conservative values, especially if you are new to all of this.

1. there is alot of history involved in politics. Learn it! Or you will get rolled when trying to engage someone who does.

2. When engaging someone, you are not going to win them over by talking loud about something you say you know about because you read an article on it. Relax, There is a long way to go, and it is likely that the person has believed what they do for far longer than you have been listening to shows and reading articles.

3. We are not teachers. we don’t talk down to people to get the point across. A person is more likely to take away from the conversation that you are arrogant and are spewing talking points you heard somewhere else at them before they will take away from it that you are right.

4. We do not hate ANYONE! Yes, we are at war. And we must kill the enemy! no ifs ands or buts about it. And we MUST profile. But we don’t hate the Muslim world! That my friends is not a conservative view. If it is your view, speak on your behalf, Not ours.

I hope in some way this is helpful to anyone who chooses to read it. It is what I believe to be a very basic and easy understanding of modern conservatism.
