George W. Bush
What didn’t I like about George W. Bush you ask? Oh so many things…. here are just a few….
First of all….what bothered me the MOST about him was that the man couldn’t even SPEAK!!! He was a complete and utter MORON. Here are some of his quotes…
“Well, I think if you say you’re going to do something and don’t do it, that’s trustworthiness.” Really???
“I just want you to know that, when we talk about war, we’re really talking about peace.” You don’t say!
“Rarely is the question asked: is our children learning?” I don’t know George…. is they?
“They want the federal government controlling Social Security like it’s some kind of federal program.” Word???
“I know how hard it is for you to put food on your family.” No George, you have no idea!
“Most imports are from outside of the country” Is he kidding????
“In my sentences I go where no man has gone before.” Yes George, INDEED you do!
And there are hundreds more!! But I will stop there. Just that fact that a man who spoke this way was representing our country to the rest of the world was absolutely humiliating!!!
When he took office, there was a surplus in the spending budget that turned into a trillion dollar deficit by the time he left office. He never vetoed one spending bill. That’s under a republican controlled congress.
9/11… What else can I say? They were warned that there was an attack being planned on New York City months in advance. Nothing was done. Then he talks about how we’re going to go after the terrorist who planned these attacks and who does he declare war on? Osama Bin Laden in Afghanistan? Oh no, of course not! Let’s go after my daddy’s enemy Saddam Hussein in Iraq! Really?
His family’s dealings with the Bin Ladens and the Saudis. They’ve been supporting them since the late 70′s. Arbusto Energy. Which by the way means “Bush” in Spanish. Interesting….
You want to talk about big government interfering in people’s personal lives? That A-hole flew to Washington from his Easter vacation in an attempt to interfere with a family’s personal and private matter in regards to Terry Schiavo.
Honestly, I can’t go any further. Taking this trip down memory lane is just infuriating me. Plus, I really want to hear what you have to say about him Justin. Let’s see if it’s worth it…

Or my all time favorite,
“I’ve abandoned free market principles to save the free market system.”
Whaaat?
We need to move on,however. The constant obsession on the left with Bush and Palin is counterproductive.Bush is no longer President and no way is Palin going to be on the ticket in ’12.Acknowledge the damage done by GWB and other administrations in the past hundred or so years and try not to repeat the same mistakes. Identify candidates who have the Republic’s survival in mind. Those people are called Constitutionalists.I do not think BHO is one of those people.I personally think he is more like Henri de Saint-Simon,a nearly forgotten figure of the French revolutionary period.
As people of differing opinions we need to keep in mind the Republic and it’s founding principles must take precedence over our own ideas and ideals,as was the case with Franklin and Adams, who initially despised each other but eventually grew to be friends due to their commonality and desire for a free and prosperous Republic. That is what is needed now more than ever for we are teetering on the brink.Finger pointing won’t help our situation.
I’m glad you took up Jason’s challenge and voiced your opinion.Through open dialogue and civil discourse are how we understand and empathize with each other.thanks for that.
It was Justin’s challenge Booger. Jason is my brother on facebook. but I’m curious to see what Bonita and yourself think of the reply my featured response.
My bad,Justin:(
Hey Boog! Good to see you here!:)
I think we all learn something from everything we read. The ability to decipher, filter and digest is key. The problem I think we face today, is that to many voters can be considered ill-informed/well intentioned people. Although this seems to be changing. I don’t think I can claim to be as well versed in philosophy or politics as Justin or Booger but I have made myself informed enough to know what is right for the survival of our country as we know it. If we stray from the core of what brought this tiny, young county to where it is today, the survival a free America cannot be sustained. There are many mistakes to learn from in this, and all countries. unfortunatly there are people out there who believe that those mistakes were only mistakes because they were not implemented correctly. A dangerous thought process.
That is very true Jay. For instance; Barack Obama claimed that F.D.R. didn’t spend enough fast enough! He does not look at WWII as the road to recovery (which it was). So that goes to show all of us that there is no end to what he will spend! Ideology can be a country killer. The wrong Ideology I should say.
I’m coining that phrase by the way! “No end to what he will spend!” I see a viewsonliberty.com shirt coming!
I’ll buy one! The graphic on the front could be Obama as Uncle Sam, instead of pointing, holding his hand out, with your quote under it. The graphic on the back could be the dollar bill with George saying..”I’m half the man I used to be!”.
By the way Bonita, we can find idiotic quotes and mis statments from every president in history. But there’s no doubt that Odummy is the prize winner. Now, if you’d like to blame someone for 9/11 and ignoring the threat, I suggest you go to your buddy, Bill Clinton’s front door! If were going to engage in obsurdities, let’s do it fairly. As for “humiliation”, in the department of being red faced and a humiliated nation, Clinton also takes that prize. Those white stains on the oval office desk aren’t from Georgie!
In the case of “daddys enemy” wrong! Saddam hussein was an enemy to the United States not to mention his own damn people. Those people are a free people now. Have you read about or seen the photos from the Iraqi elections? It was a 60% turnout! Truely inspiring. 60% of a former dictotorship are embarcing freedom. The fact is, on Iraq, saddam was trying to do exactly what Ahmadinejad in Iran is currenty doing as we speak! Should we or any other free nation allow Iran to develop weapons of mass destruction??? Should “our ally” Israel, allow it? It is well known that Ahmadinejad says he wants “Israel wiped of the face of the earth”. Should Iran go nuclear, does America stand by and let Iran destroy Israel? If we allow it, we are an inhumain society. It would be the same if we stood by and did nothing about Hitler! That’s not “peace”. If we intervene for the safety of the free world, that’s not “peace” either! Therefor, you can NOT have peace without war as long as there are nations who don’t believe in peace. Ingaging in peace with an unpeacful nation will not equal peace. It is also a deadly practice. The conclusion is: we “do” engage in war for the benefit of peace. It doesn’t sound so dumb now, does it? Sometimes a simple statment has a complex, deeper meaning.
Further, on the subject of peace.
If the notion of peace itself was enough to create peace, then I would defy you to waltz into a Taliban stronghold with a peace offering! We both know you’d be raped, tortured and beheaded. BUT!!! the fact is, that if they were willing to be peacful, so would you. And this is what makes you a better, more civil person. The promotion of peace usually does not involve peace itself. Every civil human being believes peace is a good thing. And this is why we must “enforce” peace. If you are walking down the street and a thug puts a knife to your throat, and on officer screeches up in his car, get out and winds up having to shoot your attacker….the “enforcment” of peace has just occured! I ask you, Are you ok with that? You are now free to continue down the street “peacfuly” and go home and change your underpants. We think nothing of accepting this form of “peace enforcment” why would it be different on an international level???
I feel the subject of peace is very important. This is why I’m spending so much time on it to try to put it in perspective. Peace is not a physical object you hold in your hand and expect someone else to become peacful when you place it in their hand. It is a philosophy that you either subscribe to or you don’t. It is something we all enjoy and are entitled to and there are laws put into place to assure you of your peace. Otherwise, unfortunately, there would be none. There are consequences to pay for being unpeacful here at home and globaly. When there is a shootout between police and bank robbers, this is a mini-war between the peacful and the unpeacful. When this happens between nations, it’s just called “war”.
Its cause he just cares about the short term solutions.
I totally wish to get out a bit more and also cease just spending the vast majority of my time of day trying to play poker on myspace or facebook on the grounds that lately i have been unable to ready in regard to this. Although I can’t state that I one hundred percent go along with every last premise, its relaxing to read some clever commentary as opposed to the customary crap I find floating all over the internet.
hello super little web page you have right here
I apply the matching template on mine although for whatever silly issue it would seem to load more quickly on your site although yours is carrying a whole lot more content material. Are you currently applying any sort of plug ins or widgets that quicken it up? Do you think you might be able to give the programs so I can use them in my web page so twilight breaking dawn supporters could watch twilight breaking dawn online trailers and films more easily I would be ever so happy – many thanks ahead of time
